I’m local. I’ve tried all of the Chinese restaurants in this area and this is my absolute favorite. because of the owners background, they also have sushi and it is tiptop quality. try the sizzling rice soup —the broth isn’t muddy, but clear and delicious. Good technique in the kitchen and not a bad dish on the menu.
