Decent churros but dishonest business…ordered 1 strawberry ($4) 1 chocolate ($4) 3 regular ($3x3) =$9 total is $17. Gave her $20. Didn’t give me any change. Asked for it and she said it was $20. Didn’t put up a fight but come on…be an honest business. For $3 (which you would have gotten anyways) and you lost a potential loyal customer. UPDATE: churros aren’t even that good, batter is way too thick and soaked in frying oil.
How can you beat freshly made churros? This little cart shop is my go-to place to get churros. Regular is $3 and fillings is 1 dollar more . The picture of the kids eating the filled churros on the side of the cart always cracks me up,I love looking at the pic and laugh while waiting for my order. The staff that work there are always friendly and sweet. This is one block away from the Fruitvale Bart station.
