He visitado 2 veces el local de Churromanía en Wallman, Irving, y lamentablemente la atención al cliente ha sido consistentemente terrible. Hoy fue la gota que colmó el vaso: me faltaron el respeto de forma directa, con una actitud grosera y cero disposición para atender bien. Es una verdadera lástima, porque el producto puede ser bueno, pero el servicio al cliente lo arruina por completo. Pedí un servicio al cliente de 20 y lo quería mitad dulce de leche y mitad chocolate y se negaron rotundamente ayudarme con esa tontería.... read more
Estoy en estos momentos , pedí que a 10 no le hechan chocolate ,lo demás si , la actitud fue grosera ,no le pedí regalado , me quedé por ser un antojo de embarazada ,fueron grosera mala atención
