I usually dont like to come and complain but to wait 40 mins and STILL get the wrong order. I was told I had to wait 18 mins for Spicy chicken ... no problem I wait after 30 mins I went inside they apologized gave me a drink while I continued to wait pack up my order. When I got home no Spicy chicken.
Yes I have to wait for my food but it's always hot and fresh. I have always taken my food to go. Keep up the great work.
The worst experience with chicken!!!! It was awful over cooked. The manger is RUDE!!! No customer service skills at all! You wait 45 minutes for freshly cooked chicken to be over COOKED!!!! People choose to work in fast food restaurants as their choice, but put out horrible food and awful customer service!!!! Why work FAST FOOD????? Get a desk JOB!!!! I’m sick of paying my hard earned money for bad food & customer service!
