Tonight at exactly 9:30 I stopped by and ordered food. The little girl working the drive through had one of the ugliest attitudes. I told her my biscuits were torn up and asked if I can have new ones. She rolled her eyes made faces and slammed the window. She was extremely unprofessional and had 0 customer service. Not to mention my okra was cold and stale. . Very disappointed

No customer service. Sitting for ten minutes said I’m ready cashier or whoever said I said I need a minute I’m not sure if you know what a minute is? Called manager was told I need to give him a minute and she started laughing literally no customer in front of me.
I placed a mobile order at the wrong store, per their own rules "The Church's Texas Chicken app does not feature an in-app order cancellation option. To cancel your order, immediately call the specific restaurant you placed the order with to request a manual cancellation." It took 20 minutes for them to answer the phone all for them to tell me they couldn't cancel the order.
