UPDATE: If you have a customer standing and waiting for over 5 minutes, the least you could do is acknowledge their presence! I came to grab a quick bite for my child and I. I was the only customer in the store, and it took them 7 minutes to take my order! I am going to assume the other employees don't know how to work the register or something.
