One and only time I come here, mom wanted to try their brunch. They didn't have any brown gravy as advertised and they only had the sausage gravy. Red flag#1. Didn't have the mash potatoes as pictured in the advertisement, and could only substitute ONE biscuit. Redflag#2. The third red flag was when they wanted to charge for substitution for said brown gravy (and then later admitted there was none in the store). Will not come back. The cashier is so sweet and polite. Food is alright.
The customer service was horrible.The cashier was so rude and kept leaving her station to go outside while we waited to ordered than they closed down the fryers and didn’t mention at all that they would be closing soon while she ran in and out.also when I recived my food the fries were burnt and stale.
Things went well. They somehow couldn't get the free food offer to work on the register. Gave it to me anyway since that's what the offer was. Fresh delicious biscuits!
