Manager Ivone A. refused to speak with me when I had an error with my order even after the employee that took my order acknowledged they made the mistake. Never have I done business with a company and the manager refuse to handle customer complaints.
Manager on July 3rd morning shift is absolutely rude I feel absolutely sorry for the team cause they try to do there job and she completely takes over and over talks them as someone who has work in the food industry for years this is the worst customer service I ever experienced
Manager is insanely rude. they forgot our mashed potatoes so I went back up and a worker gave it to me & then the manager, who took my order, ran out & told me no I have to pay for that I told her i did and she said I was lying so I grabbed my receipt and she stopped arguing mid sentence and walked away, no apology.
