Hot fresh food every visit 10/10
Awful service. The employees were just walking in circles not actually doing anything. One lady waited 15 minutes or more just for a Tender meal. Two male employees just decided to run out the store into the parking lot. Drive thru backed up with no one at the window getting service. Its more miss than hit. Nothing has changed in almost 10 years. Poor management. Corporate needs to be made aware.
Food is great service is absolutely horrible. Ordered my food online for 630 pickup. Got here at 635 because I knew it wouldn't be ready, was told it would be ready in 10 minutes.... it's now 7:01. This is insane. Edit: i ordered a 5 piece spicy tender and 3 piece spicy tender with 2 spicy rice and a mashed potato. Missing 1 of the spicy rice and the tenders are drenched in some kind of red oil. Absolute trash
Everytime you come to this place it’s some they don’t have. I’m sitting in the lobby waiting on chicken as we speak and the girl in the window just cursed someone out.
