Ordered on the app and the inside was closed so I had to wait in the drive through for 30 minutes while I wait on people to order the why are the doors locked and people doing mobile orders have to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I will never order from this slow service and less caring employees..

I had to wait about an hour to get some smoke house chicken. I rarely eat here but honestly speaking, the customer service needs a lot of improvement. There is no urgency to get customers food to them. I want be going back.
