First time coming to this location, pleasantly surprised with the experience, considering all the bad reviews. I walked in to place a to go order. I asked for fresh chicken, a young gentleman explained it would be 12 minutes. I waited inside and asked for some dining trays napkins, and fork to eat on the road. They prepared my meal, called me over that it was ready. They were slammed with a large 90 piece order and still took the time to honor my request. This is the third time this has happened in a row. My drinks are dirty with soda and the lids on the cups are not properly placed. I have to wipe them down and fix the lid each time. It's the same worker that hands me the drinks. The food had not been the best. It's usually fresh and yummy. There are no napkins or utensils given inside the bag either. I understand that they try to give quick service...but it still has to be good.
