Had a bit of a wait, but the kind employees gave me some biscuits for the trouble. Funny enough when I came home, my cow's Biscuit and Miss Honey wanted those biscuits. They love them!
The speed was pretty decent, but the fact they forgot to put my biscuits in my 12 piece family meal so I had to get out of my car and go inside to get biscuits. Only to get told to bring my bag inside with me because they didn’t believe me.. lol
I've been going here for many years. Although much the staff usually has turned over by my next trip in, the service and the food never skips a beat. My order is always right, the food is always good, and the staff is always polite and friendly. You'd really have to be having a bad day to not feel good when you are treated with a smile, your food comes out pretty dang quick, your order is right and the food is Hot and on point! Food was hit and fresh. The young lady brought our food out to us and asked if we needed plates. The gentleman at the cash register was very friendly. The floor needed some cleaning but the table was clean. We’ll be back for sure. I love church’s honey biscuits and the fact that they have jalapeños which adds to the enjoyment of the fried chicken which is already tasty and piping hot.
No reason we should have to pull forward Everytime we go and order and wait 20 minutes for 1 thing !!! Absolutely ridiculous . They are being timed on their service time now and want you to pull forward so that management doesent see how long they take making your food and then want to have a snobby attitude when you refuse to pull forward because you are the ONLY car in the line and your not about to give them the chance to make you wait 20 minutes AGAIN because this is an EVERYTIME you go through there !!
