9/18/25 around 11:10 am. I ordered the 10pc for 11.99 and was charged $14.48 for chicken that was not hot at all. Then I ordered a 5pcs pepper and they were old and I had 4 whole peppers and a half pepper. Called to talk to someone and no answer.
Going to give the upmost honest review. Haven’t had Churches in legit maybe 10+ years. Only came because my brother insisted he wanted Churches, no problem, and he was paying. I ALWAYS check prior to see if an establishment is open and busy via online. Went in this morning around 10:48 AM, mind you online says the store is open at 10AM. We are waiting at the menu board which about 6 minutes pass by before I started honking the horn and talking in the speaker. I was told the store doesn’t open until 11.
