Ordered a crispy breast and thigh at approximately 4:00. There was very little meat on both pieces and it had lots of hard, dried pieces (not the crispy outside) that you couldn't eat. This was the third time this had happened at this same time. Apparently the chicken at that particular time is sitting there all day long. Very unpleasant and unappetizing! Tried calling them several times and no answer!! Unacceptable in my opinion. Time to find a new place...

I can't believe the absolute disaster that was my first experience at Church's Chicken. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-through, I knew it was going to be a nightmare. The system was a complete mess. The cashier was beyond rude when I placed my order. And when I finally got my food, it was completely wrong. Churchs on judson can't afford salt and pepper for their customers. Wait time for biscuits after I placed the online order 25 minutes in advance. Tiny little pieces of chicken not worth it.
My name is Henry Lee Sullivan, and I placed an order on November 23, 2024, placed the order online with 4 of my employees. I talk to my employees all the time about how good the food is at churches chicken in Louisiana, being that's where I am from. So, we all put into order. Excellent meal, all food tasted fresh and was good temperature, either hot or cold food. Ordered inside so we could ask some questions. Counter person was very pleasant, extremely helpful, very professional. Totally enjoyed this meal.
Wors chicken in Austin it was old and dry called corporate never heard from the store never got a call back refused to give me money back will never eat at church chicken again
