7/23/2026 I went to pick up lunch for my elderly parents because they like chicken and coleslaw. The chicken was horrible and dry. It seemed like they refried it, tasted old and the chicken was not edible. I am so very disappointed. The only thing my parents could eat was the coleslaw, The honey butter biscuits were hard as rock! My poor parents! Church’s needs to do better!!!!
Today 06/28/26 I ordered church’s. I order the new smokehouse meal. I ordered the meal on the app to be picked up at the store. I paid an extra 1.00 fee to upgrade my drink to a large. I was excited to try this new chicken. However, when I arrived they made me wait 20mins for a small meal, this is unacceptable as it was literally one piece of smokehouse chicken,!one biscuit, a jalapeño, and a small side of mashed potatoes and gravy.
