You know when brewed sweet tea is fresh and when it isn't, mine wasn't. I was very nice, went back to the counter and asked for fresh tea. The woman manager told an employee to make fresh tea and bring me out a fresh tea. Problem solved, right? Wrong. We waited.....waited.....nothing.I was so mad that they had not followed through with what they said they would do, I poured it out and trashed my cup. I work hard for every penny I spend, I asked for my money back.
