Normally my go to chicken spot but today was off. First was given the wrong order. Then was given half my order. Then had to wait just for drinks while customers that came way after me were served
I stopped going to this locations over 10 years ago,they take forever and quality is horrible. 5 years ago,tried them again,still the same result. Today,my son wanted them,I told him, WATCH. We stayed in line for 20 minutes, NO LIE, only to get to the window to tell us can u pull up,we still had 7 mins left for original! I said,do yall not drop the chicken,when we order?! Horrible! Horrible Horrible. From the Manager, staff service and cleanliness! I don’t know how this establishment is still operating! This is the culture we live in! No value or honor in showing respect, gratitude or patronage!!!
Boneless wings were gross and undercooked.
