I took a car full of kids to Churches Chicken to get dinner around 8pm. There was only two workers and then were working hard, one cooking and one serving. I overheard that they both were doing doubles and were the only ones staffed. They were doing another double the following day too (today). There was a rude man flipping them off and yelling at them through the drive through and they still stayed positive, even though I could tell they were very exhausted. Ordered 5 peice tender meal w fries and mac and cheese. I got. Fried rat and a whole side of just gravy. And another of mashed potatoes. Like a container of just gravy....what planet am I on.
Orders take too long! Service sucks! These employees should be fired for poor service. Please find better working employees!!
