First of all let's start off with their nasty attitude in the afternoon shift, then every time I or my wife orders the corn or another side large they give us three small ones claiming and equals to A large. I have tried contacting the company they won't respond at all not to mention when I order through Uber Eats, making sure to tell them that in my house there's someone allergic to spicy food they still send us spicy food, and then when we ask and pay for the sauces they do not give us any sauces that we paid for at all. The cleveland church's chicken in is the worst. I went 2 days in a row and ask for smoke house chicken. 1day around 3 in the evening and they were waiting on the smoke house to unthaw. The next day they said none was available. How much more does a customer has to take. Im not going back.
The Mac n Cheese was not fresh. Looks like they scraped it from bottom. And it looks like it was sitting out all day. Was not fresh. Then to top of off. They had no ice for the drinks.
Says closes at 11 yet at 10 o'clock the doors are locked.
