I went in the establishment tonight and the whole place was smoking from chicken burning. I ordered tenders and waited 20 mins patently for my order. When I was called to get my order, Luis the manager handed me a box of chicken instead. I told him I ordered tenders. Instead of him saying ok I’m sorry, he told me “you ordered chicken”. I don’t typically eat from Churches because customer service is horrible, and it’s not the employees fault it’s the overall culture. Once again simply getting 3pcs with one piece being spicy, the bag all pieces in the same box ( laziness, poor training) I asked them to rebox after looking into the box and her response to me is “ the spicy is darker and has specks on the chicken, and then told me to back up to the window.
