Never blame a brand but the employees. 20 min wait for a fast food chicken spot is never acceptable. Went down street to Aldine mail rt location. In and out. Hot n ready.
Every time I go, the portions are EXTREMELY small and somewhat hot.
My husband ordered mash potatoes but someone forgot to put it in the bag when I drove back the staff was so nice and the manager Griselda made it right she got me the mash potatoes and made me feel like I mattered. She heard me out and went above and beyond. Great food great service and absolutely great management!!!!
