The staff ignored my husband and was so bored when they finally waited on him (didn’t get order right either). The food was horrible I love ochra but it was burnt and tasted horrible.We wanted to give them business because of rebuilding after hurricane but will not be back will go back to good and crisp so much better
Absolutely the worst place you could possibly go to get chicken. I love church's chicken, but will never step foot in this terrible place again. It is always bad service, long waits, and incompetent management, but today it also smelled atrocious. I stood there being ignored for 5 minutes, nobody even said they would help me in a minute, while 2 employees literally joked about how they did not know how to do their job. Unbelievable Store! I mean; dirty, terrible service, food quality varies – mostly NOT good, employee and management attitude has always needed help more than not, and Church’s Corporate doesn’t seem to care. I am forced to go there if I want Church’s Chicken as it is the only one close to where I live. If I drove back there (over ten miles) every time I have a problem, my truck would soon be out of warranty! Re-think going to this store if you like Church’s Chicken!
