There was only one person responsible for taking orders. All other front employees ignore you when that one clerk is busy. The front clerk was patient with me in trying to figure out an issue with my attempt to redeem a promo, and when he couldn't figure it out, he asked for help; second person was kind and help beat she could. The place was dirty (tables, chairs, floors, restroom). The women's restroom did not have toilet paper. The male cooks had facial hair and were not wearing a beard net properly and another did not even have one. The beard net is to cover facial hair not the throat.
