I personally didnt get a bad experience but there was alot going on. I was 3rd in line waiting to order. There was a man complaining about his order being wrong. He was back and forth with cashier and manager (all three seemed frustrated) . Then there was a man ordering and he was taking forever because the cashier couldnt really understand the older man ordering. Workers got my order wrong and charged me for it lol
Terrible service every time i come its the same person working the drive thru. She is so rude always has the same attitude and the wait is always over 30 minutes at any time of the day.
