I placed an order last night in the drive thru for $83.24 I order 20 pc tenders spicy with 8 biscuits 2 French fries and a Mac and cheese 8 pc mixed chicken not spicy with 4 biscuits and mashed potatoes and 12 piece poppers. It took 30 minutes I live 3 minutes away. Got there at 9:25 lady told me hold on waited till 9:40 went to window waited 5 minutes at the window with the lady in the blue shirt js looking at me and she was cleaning when they close at 10 and she came to the window and said we turned everything off and we only have dark meat and when I questioned her abt telling me to wait she looked at me like pointing to herself as to make it seem like it wasn’t her but she was the one with the headset on and charged the full price without fries and js chicken hate that it’s somehow ... read more
Straight Trash. Employees had nothing ready, place is dirty as hell.. Close this location down..
not exactly the experience Ivw as s hoping for. The staff was very short and slow to respond to me in the drive thru. food was over cooked and the parking lot was dirty.
Sat at the window for 10 minutes with the workers looking at us seeing us at the window and didn’t come to greet us or let us know it was gonna be a couple minutes. I had to get out of my car while in drive through to walk up to the front window and get there attention. We had ordered at 4:00 and been there waiting for our food since 445 and wasn’t even made on time and it wasn’t a busy line either.
