Lived around the corner from this location for 2 years before I realized they were open. Staff is friendly enough. The food is not up to Churches Chicken standard. Whoever manages/owns this place need to be replaced. It hasn’t been updated in well over a decade, and isn’t really maintained at all. Do not recommend.
Placed an online order Sept 3. Our bill was $34.59. Arrived and was told "they were down". That they were unable to fill our order. They only had two fryers working, that anything requiring an oven could not be made. I asked for a refund. Was told they could not provide a refund for an online order. I was told the refund could only be submitted online. I sent a request online and called the following day to their customer service. Again I was told they went back to the old way of seasoning their chicken well they lied !! You can NOT eat chicken when it’s not seasoned!! Get it together people !!!! GET IT TOGETHER AND SEASON THAT CHICKEN !! Nothing worse than biting in to a bland ass piece of chicken !!!!! Hell you might as well boil water and call it church’s chicken !! Neither one has flavor but even water tastes better than bland ass. Chicken !!!!!
