Waited longer than expected to place my order. The individual took the order of the woman in front of me and walked away, saying nothing to me. He filled multiple drive thru orders while I waited to place my order. Another employee came up and filled the order of the other woman. Eventually the first man came back to the register and asked what I wanted. I did place an order, I was not impressed with the quality of the food or the service.
This was my first time at this location. I got boneless wings. When opened the box there was nothing but traces of what could have been chicken. It was very hard and Jerky like. The food was extremely old. I will never come to this location again.
David, the young man behind the counter, was genuinely very kind and concerned about the lousy day that I had prior to coming in. Between his professional manner, and the darn good food, my mood quickly improved! Second time at this location and both times were fantastic. …
