I get to the speaker but nobody took my order. I drive to the window and the employee said she didn't hear the beep. I told her there were at least five cars waiting. I finally was able to place my order. They forgot my soda and my coleslaw. Very disappointing.
I love Church's fried chicken haven't had it in forever because they don't have any in Fresno/Clovis area. Last time I had Church's was in Arizona 8 years ago. Wish they would make more in my opinion it's better than KFC and Popeyes.
Ordered 10 pc tender meal and didnt notice I got the wrong meal until i got home. Came back and no apology or anything. Wore5 customer service ever
