Completely unacceptable (and consistently awful). We ordered through UberEats and honestly this was the worst we’ve ever received — not just from this location but from any Church’s Chicken. The chicken was completely stale and dried out, the fries tasted half-raw and undercooked, the mac and cheese was bland and clearly NOT fresh, and the gravy tasted like it had been reheated from the day before. I just went through the drive-through ordered a family pack of SPICY chicken and a separate order of something else.
