Terrible customer service at the drive-thru. I arrived at the drive-thru at 10:30 pm, even though this location states it closes at 11:00 pm. I was there before closing time, yet no one would take my order. I waited and was completely ignored. No employee spoke to me or explained why I wasn’t being helped. They simply refused to provide service while still technically open. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. This was my 3rd time stopping by and leaving empty handed. They always have an empty parking lot, yet a 20 minute wait. Waste of time, only location that does that.
