Had some people over for dinner & picked up a meal for 4 including myself. After arriving home and while inspecting the food, I found I was short 4 pieces of chicken. So while the three guests were eating I drove back & explained my issue. The cocky "manager" quickly told me he had personally counted the order & that it was correct. I disagreed & he then said that I would have to bring back the entire order, which I said that my guests were eating it & that wouldn't prove anything. He told me that was the only way. So.... Church’s Chicken really impressed me with their service. The lady at the front, Yajaira, was super friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help . She made the whole experience feel personal and easy, answering questions and making sure everything was just right . The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there , which made the visit even better.
