Did an online order and asked 2 times at window if my sauces were in there and he said yes he’s sure. I pulled around and opened bag and of course they weren’t. Had to go in and get them. Got home and we got macaroni and Cole slaw. The macaroni and cheese was slop looked like straight soup and the macaroni was mush. They seen this while serving it and definitely knew it was bad but still gave it to us. The Cole slaw was completely brownish and very old looking. I just order food and it was not fresh the chicken taste like it has been sitting past the 2-4hr mark. It was cold! I tried calling no answer called 16 times and they still wouldn't pick up the phone. I spent $50 for cold and old food. I requested jalape�o ranch for the wings and tenders family meal they only gave me 2 when it should have been six. The fries were cold as well. The only thing that came hot was the Mac and cheese. $50 wasted on bad food and they won't answer the phone

Food was terrible chicken tastes old and the Mac n cheese was watery and hard food was just gross.
