I asked for original. They gave me original mixed with spicy. Two 10 piece family dinners. Only 8 pieces of mixed in each box.
They are lame , lack of skills all the way around , Starting with the manager , SERVICE SUCKS 100% .
This used to be our go-to spot, but unfortunately today changed that. I placed an online order and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told it had already been given to someone else. I’m not sure how that happens, aren’t receipts or order confirmations checked before handing food out? Instead of a quick solution, I felt like I had to argue just to receive the meal I had already paid for. That was frustrating and unnecessary. I feel like there is room for improvement I mean maybe a lot but my experience was like fingernails on chalkboard. I ordered spicy chicken well I didn’t know they don’t use spicy batter anymore but I told them spicy they gave me chicken drenched in sauce 😭 the guy at window got irritated but so was I lol and I didn’t find out about Church’s switching their spicy recipe until I called another church’s store . The dude at the window is cute but his attitude isn’t and I will not be returning to this location now clock that tea
