This employee Dulce M was very nasty i need to be retrain. He also made a racial remark. Please correct his attitudeI ordered spicy chicken, but he rang me up for the original. When I questioned it, he told me it was spicy even though it wasn't. Instead of correcting the mistake, he tried to argue with me about it. Then he made a racial comment in Spanish, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
