Didn't get my correct order. Got 3 pieces out of the 8 piece family dinner. (Breast & Wings) When I went back the 'manager' refused to correct the order. (I guess he thought I was a chicken thief) I decided to drop it and order the breasts. I was rudely told it would take a half hour to prepare. I'm guessing that's why the original order was messed up.
The promotion said The texas 3pc feast was 4.49 but when you go online to order it says its 10.49. False advertising.0/10 don't recommend.
For someone who is bilingual the workers here have very foul language and we literally sat there for 20 minutes before receiving our food while others came and left. We also asked for plates and received a plate that had oil and some black substance on the bottom of it. Got cups of water, no ice, fries and no ketchup. Its sad I been coming to this place since a kid and my how it has changed for the worse.
