I was in the drive thu line for more than 5 minutes with only one car in front of me that was at the window and not once was I greeted or asked to wait. And finally when I got tired of waiting I said "bro" and the guy that was working there told me to wait. I ended up backing up and left. I'm not sure how many people were working there but the person that was in charge of the drive through needs to work on his communication skills.
Young Hispanic individual was very rude when I arrived to pick up order. Ticket says BRIAN S Jose, no proper salutation, rude person, didn't acknowledge me as a customer. Two women present speaking Spanish were eating in kitchen while they handled food that is very inappropriate and unsanitary. Never will I go there again.
