If I could give this location 0stars that would be too many! Managers lack customer service skills. When ordering in the drive through, they ask you to drive around the corner just to pull in front of the restaurant. There was one car in front of me that was asked to pull forward and was waiting. It took 10 minutes to place an order and another 10 minutes waiting on the order. Went inside to do a carry out order. I placed my order about 10 - 15 minutes later. Waited about another 10minutes for them to tell me i had to wait 6 more minutes for spicy chicken. Wait on the chicken before my order was even taken. N
I went for 2 family meals when I got home I didn’t have my biscuits which I wanted real bad and missed one of my sides of 4. Need them to focus I know it was close to closing but folks can’t afford to have missing items. Food was good but would have been much better with a sweet biscuit
