Customer service lacked all together. I asked for a jalapeño that wasn’t mushy and that’s exactly what I got.
Went through drive thru been calling for the last 20 minutes to say I never got my 2 family mashed potatoes they were both brown gravy and my 8 piece jalapeño bombers we’re soggy and the chicken tenders were cold
Never order from now.They will let somebody steal your food without confirming that they took it
we usually order about $50 worth of food for our family. we ordered the 10pc chicken tenders and the pregnant cashier said “ we only have 7 “ mind you it’s only 8:40ish. I said don’t yall close at 11? she replied “ the tenders are frozen “ we asked how long the chicken has been sitting there and she had to ask a manager and they said 35 mins. we left and went out of our way to the Bandera location where we got better service and fresh food.
The cashiers was extremely rude. People in front of me left when I went. I had to go back inside twice in order to get my drink right. They kept making me wait even though I had a online order. Lady made a fuss about a 27 cent sauce and didnt even give me.the sauce that was supposed to come with my meal. Dont recommend here.
