Well, we stopped here to take dinner home with us last night and it was an experience. So much that I filed a complaint. The "Regional Manager" did call, but instead of wanting to discuss the situation, he wanted to make excuses for why things happened. Not being able to hear someone over the noise I believe is a valid issue. His response was "Well she's just a quiet person." Not getting what we ordered I felt was a valid complaint.
