Definitely will not be returning to this location after today's visit. Had my son go in to get a 10 PC legs and thighs and regular size mac and cheese. Upon arriving home, he had the whole 10 PC Family meal. I asked why he got the whole meal and he responded that the woman at the register told him he couldn't get the items ordered the way he requested without the meal. I've worked at Church's. My food was great and correct, no napkins provided considering we got a 10pc family meal. This location although it's in a low income area doesn't mean it needs to be in poor condition. The employees didn't greet myself upon entering, continued their conversation and I had to interupt. The white gentleman with colored hair was polite and smiled when he handed me my food. The older black lady with short wave hair didn't smile or speak when spoken to. At least the foods good lol
