Me and my husband came here on 9/4/26 maybe around 12. It’s lunch time so i understand things get crazy. But they are obviously understaffed. The general manager has the nastiest attitude! She was taking orders and turning around making them, she handles her crew horribly, she was fussing with customers! The batter lady wasn’t wearing any gloves. As i walked in, i was greeted by the D. M. I placed my order, love the way she did the suggestion selling. She did it so well, i purchased other items. The restroom and dinning area was spotless. After working in the fast food industry for many years. When she come out and did the table touch. If u don't know what is a table touch. Its when someone comes to ur table and ask the customer if they are enjoying their meal. Keep up the great work!!! I will recommend this store to ALL of my family and friends... See y'all soon...
There were eight ppl waiting the staff never even looked at us I wanted chicken gizzards they didn't even say anything to us so I could ask. I will wait till I'm back in Atlanta nvr mind
I hate getting half done fries
I will never go there again. Ordered on the app. When I got there they informed me they no longer have the pineapple pies I ordered. So they will substitute with apple pies. Not my favorite. My order was supposed to be ready by 6:04, and I didn't get my order until 6:20. The only thing hot was the chicken that I had to wait for them to fry. Everything else was cold. Especially the soggy fried okra. And very unfriendly workers also. Never again at that location.
