The food is always fresh and delicious. Recently I had an issue ordering online because they were out of the smoke house chicken. So I called the store and spoke with the manager. She went above and beyond by sending me food delivery for the night and then came through the next day with the smoke house chicken that I love so much at no additional cost in person. Went by to order a family deal. First of all they were out of coleslaw. The chicken was good and crispy. Macaroni was full of cheese and dry. The okra was hard, not fresh. The biscuit were very dry and all crumbled in the bag. The mash was good and hot. Only thing fresh was the chicken and mash. Very disappointed.
Store 1258: I ordered a delivery order and a meal was missing. I contacted the store and the GM (Irma) took it upon herself to deliver the missing order after she got off and was on her personal and family time. That is the level of customer service absent from today's society. Thank you Irma for the above and beyond service and commitment. The corporation should take advantage of your commitment and bring you on as a Managerial Trainer nation wide.
