UPDATE - I HAVE NOT BEEN HERE IN OVER A YEAR AND A HALF. THOUGHT WE WOULD TRY ONE MORE TIME. COME TO FIND OUT WE WERE GETTING THE $20 DEAL WHERE YOU GET 10 PIECES OF CHICKEN TWO SIDES AND FIVE BISCUITS. THE LADY TOLD MY HUSBAND HE HAD TO GET MASHED POTATOE AND FRENCH FRIES. THAT'S THE ONLY TWO ITEMS HE COULD GET. I TRIED TO CALL THEM I'VE TRIED TO LEAVE MESSAGES I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM. I GUESS I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE AT ALL. The lady that was working the register was very rude. The man in front of me was saying the the she was rude and not helpful with sides. The food was not very flavorful and was only luke warm. I had to pay for extra dipping sauces. I had to exchange one to get a different sauce. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I have been a fan of Church's Chicken since the 60s. I feel blessed to be able to enjoy food my Granny fed me as a child. The flavors are consistent and memorable. Enjoyed my visit to the Douglasville location and hope to continue the tradition of a roll, pepper and a tasty dark meat Thigh. Have mercy.
