Lazy employees at register! Aside from chicken cook and a young man who FIXED our order. The manager is extremely aggressive with his words and doesn't seem to manage his staff, watched a drive thru order sit on counter for over 10 minutes, when customer was asked to pull around and park, simply because they didn't park close enough to the door and the female at register refused to walk too far!! MANAGER shrugged it off and both laughed. KFC is 3 blocks down.
Undercooked Food
Rude and extremely unprofessional. A garbage of a place which is saddening seeing as how this was my mother's favorite place to get food for herself. Patience is a virtue these people obviously don't have.
