The chicken was dry the fries were Luke warm. The person who took my order was not listening. He repeated my drink at the window and still tried to give me the wrong drink. Next time I will try a different location.
Hello Church's Leadership, I visited Church’s Chicken at 201 E Camp Wisdom Rd, Duncanville, TX on 10/11/25 and ordered a 16-piece family meal for $48.01 (Check #10070). The experience was disappointing. No napkins were provided—we had to get out of the car to ask for them. The chicken tasted refried, the mashed potatoes were cold, and no drinks were included despite the high cost. Service was a tad slow. Maybe a language barrier ... None of them spoke good English and could barely communicate with me. Then I tried something new and should have went with spicy legs like I always do.
Marla is very rude, often interrupting conversations and dismissing others' opinions without consideration.
