Yesterday I placed an order online and when I got to the drive through I was told that they were still working on my order and that I would have to wait inside the lobby. It took another 15 minutes before my order was finally ready. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink and the food was not good at all.
These workers are so freakin confused walking outside to ask random people that haven't even made it into the store yet if they got their order like please lay of of the Zaaa before work if you cannot perform!
This is the second time this place has messed up my order. First time I'll let it slide but not after that. I called and Juan, apparently the manager sure knows how to be rude when it comes to their staff making a mistake on a big order. He cannot take criticism and their request is for the customer to bring back the entire order to fix the mistake, but i ordered online so I don't have to wait an hour for them to fry up more chicken.
