This store is the absolute worst. Placed an order online yesterday. Didn't get any food at all. Manager taking orders and parking people. Lobby was closed. More than 2 30 minutes still no food. Came back this morning and the lady refused to fix my food even though its paid for and they have food ready. Plus the store was even open and its 10:34. Worst location. Do not go here.
I walked in 5 minutes after pick up time and before I could say I was here for pickup the staff member says "the inside is closed, you have to go through the drive through" I said I had a pick up order and I selected pickup inside. The young man picked up my order ticket that was still attached to the printer and said he would bring it outside. Worst customer service I've ever experienced
I placed an online order tonight. I went in to pick it up and was very happy with with quick service. There was , I believe 4 young men working. Very polite. I was also impressed by how clean the back area was.. . Most older stores seem to be messy and junky but these young guys kept it looking nice! Oh, and the food was great as well!
It started with the restaurant speakers. At the drive through, it's very hard to hear your workers speak after that. I had to wait for my chicken to be cooked, which was not a problem. The problem was is that they had so many people waiting, they didn't know who had what as they brought them out to the cars. The entire experience was a mess. Once I did get the correct order.
