Worst customer service I've ever experienced
I placed an online order tonight. I went in to pick it up and was very happy with with quick service. There was , I believe 4 young men working. Very polite. I was also impressed by how clean the back area was.. . Most older stores seem to be messy and junky but these young guys kept it looking nice! Oh, and the food was great as well!
It started with the restaurant speakers. At the drive through, it's very hard to hear your workers speak after that. I had to wait for my chicken to be cooked, which was not a problem. The problem was is that they had so many people waiting, they didn't know who had what as they brought them out to the cars. The entire experience was a mess. Once I did get the correct order. It was still missing my drink which I had ordered and then they brought that out without a straw. I asked for one and then sat there for another 4 minut... read more
You have to go backdoor to order, mainly for drive-through, bad attitude when I tried to get in from front door
Chicken is horrible. The Biscuits are great!!
