Overpriced — either undercooked or overcooked, terrible customer service , chicken portions are narrow and skimpy, which is unusual for churches chicken. I’m from the south and Churches Chicken has always been my #1 choice , however since relocating to Colorado, this city has disgraced this franchise, it doesn’t even taste the same!! Someone isn't checking to go orders before sending them out the door. Half of my order was missing when it arrived.
All the soda was flat or tasteless and no ice, had to get ice over the counter from the employees portions are insanely small all most 14 bucks for 2 drum sticks and one thigh? Told the mgr about the soda and ice and got no response...this place is permanently off my list for business. FYI kingsoopers has better chicken 💯
Went to this Church’s chicken and lights were all on. It was a Monday night. I drove from the airport for this chicken and waited in line around 8pm. I thought they were just busy but guess they decided to close with telling Google. Bad experience.
