This was an absolute nightmare. It was the first time ordering at this place and the lady who took the order acted like she knew everything but at the same time didn’t have a clue about the food they serve there. She gave us an attitude saying she was the one who bagged it and that we were wrong about our order being messed up until she looked at it herself. As a secret shopper they failed. The inside was closed, they made the people walking go thru the drive through line on foot. This is unacceptable and they need to get it together. I was so disappointed. They had 4 cars in (including us) waiting in the line just for us to notice they let people walk up to the window and they get served before us
