I have frequently visited this establishment. My last two visits were not uo to par. The visit prior to this one, I paid for a family meal, they forgot to give me my drink, after having to wait, then go in to see my order sitting on the counter. Last night, I took photos, I wanted the 4.99 combo advertised. Charged me for regular price sandwich. Change was short by 20 cent, and got to door with order, looked inside, NO FRIES. recently visited this place again on my way back from work and ordered a 5 tender combo , The tenders where dry and they put in 1 spicy tender in even tho i didn’t ask for them spicy , Lobby was dirty and the sweet tea wasn’t even remotely sweet it tasted watered down , It was such a let down since last time i came the place was clean and most importantly both the Tea and tenders where delicious. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The restaurant was not clean, tables were left dirty, and the staff seemed to be moving extremely slowly. Employees did not acknowledge customers, and their attitude came across as unhelpful and dismissive. On October 29, 2025, around 3:20 PM, I went to pick up my food during my lunch break and ended up waiting over 36 minutes without being assisted.
