My husband went to pick up a prepaid order after receiving a confirmation email, and I was already charged. The employee told him, “There’s no chicken. We haven’t had chicken all day,” with no apology. He asked for a receipt, waited 10 minutes, then was told, “No chicken, no receipt.” Very unprofessional. If they had no chicken, they shouldn’t have accepted or charged for online orders.
My experience here was so incredible!! This was my first time at Church’s Chicken, and it’s safe to say I’ll be heading back. Jamaris, Q, Jack, and the entire staff was so friendly and funny! I had no idea what to order, so they walked me through their menu and helped me pick out some amazing food! 10/10 experience, I’ll definitely be dining here a lot!
I had the lemon pepper chicken it was cool 😎 just not big on churches but it was OK
Its always hit or miss which is why inevitably try again but they are always out of items or leave items out of my order and depending on the time of day, it will be stale and old tasting. Just frustrating they lack consistency
