I placed a mobile order for my mother and daughter. After driving across town to the store I have my name twice and was told they were still making it, that's fine. They finish, I tell them my name again they hand me the order, that's fine. As I try to leave they tell me I can't leave until I show them my phone, that's not fine. My son and I went to this location and we were at the speaker for a while before I called out and no one ever answered so I drove to the window and the Asian guy there said we were not on a sensor at the speaker so he couldn’t talk to us. So I asked if I could order at the window (there was no one behind us) and he said no I’d have to go back around and try to have my car on the sensor this time and order there.
