Chicken was barely above room temperature
The food at Church’s Chicken in Little Rock is really good — always hot, fresh, and flavorful. We truly enjoy the taste and quality of the meals. However, the customer service could be improved. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming, and there wasn’t much friendliness or smiling during our visit. A warmer attitude would definitely make the experience even better. Overall, we like the food and would come back, but we hope the service becomes more inviting in the future.
This place is ABYSMAL. I went there Friday because it's closer to my job, ordered a Surf and Turf with a large drink, only to find out after they closed that they messed up my shrimp, my okra, and gave me a MEDIUM drink. So I go back there today even though it's a bit out of my way only to be told by the drive thru voice "YOU GONNA HAVE TO COME BACK MONDAY CUZ THE GENERAL MANAGER AIN'T HERE."
