Worst place "EVER" to get just one piece of chicken. I had to wait approximately 20ty to 30ty minutes on 4 piece of chicken with pepper pack. The customer service "sucks". Didn't act like they were concerned about me just sitting there waiting. Had not for me having to pay for the order ahead of time, i would have been gone. No "I'm sorry" we are frying your chicken fresh... (nothing) I will drive a mile away before I go back to this location and I live 1/2 minutes away. The best chicken in Lancaster Texas
After 12 hour of work I come to get chicken and the guy was not even polite left me at the counter while he was on his phone 8:30pm and they didn’t have spicy chicken he said no one prep none and he was not going to.
Unorganized and they take forever. The ladies at the front cleared my order from their screen and had me waiting almost an hr after they forgot about me
